Our history can be traced back to 1985 when Community Health was established as medical institution of a renowned Chinese language newspaper publisher based in Hong Kong. The brand “CHC Group Medical Practice (聯保醫務所)” has been adopted as its trade name to serve the public community since 1989. According to the Ipsos Report, has been a reputable brand in the private medical centres industry after over 30 years of history in Hong Kong. Eyeing on the brand recognition and established practice, our Shareholders acquired Community Health in 2014. After the takeover, we have not only strived to grow prominently by extending our geographical presence and expanding our service coverage on our own, we also actively sought expansion opportunities by inviting experienced medical practitioners to join our Group as CHC Doctors. Our CHC Network comprised two CHC Medical Centres located in Tsim Sha Tsui and Sau Mau Ping, which are operated by our Group; over 70 Panel Doctors and Panel Physiotherapists who work in 60 medical centres/clinics and physiotherapy centres across different locations in Hong Kong (which are not operated by our Group) at which our Panel Doctors and Panel Physiotherapists provide various medical services. The specialty services provided by our Panel Doctors cover cardiology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, internal medicine, O&G, orthopaedics, paediatrics, dermatology, urology and nephrology.

Our medical services are performed by our CHC Doctors and Panel Doctors and Panel Physiotherapists, who collaborate with us and agree to provide relevant medical services at their respective medical centres which are not operated by our Group, under our CHC Network. Medical services provided by our CHC Doctors can be classified into three types, namely (i) out-patient services comprising general practice services, specialty services and health check-up services; (ii) in-patient services; and (iii) onsite, house call and support services. Medical services provided by our Panel Doctors and Panel Physiotherapists under our Panel Service Scheme only cover outpatient services comprising general practice services, specialty services and physiotherapy services.

Our Group adopted the operation philosophy of ‘‘Putting clients’ best interest as first priority and assisting their health-being by providing reliable medical services’’ for assist our client and patients to provide more reliable consultation and medical services.
